Cancellations: 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fee may be charged for inadequate notice.
New patients: all new patients require a complete oral examination by the doctor prior to scheduling treatment.
Payment policy: payment is due when services are rendered - we accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Interac. Please note we do not accept personal cheques.
Insurance: dental insurance is an agreement between you and your provider – we are happy to submit estimates or claims electronically on your behalf – assignment of your benefits to our doctors is not permitted –
reimbursement from your insurance provider will be forthcoming in a few days following submission.
